Omitted tracks were carefully considered. Most non-album tracks are included, including collaborations and remixes. In the case of Linkin Park, there were enough non-album tracks that every single main LP album (as well as The Rising Tied and Post Traumatic) has a "companion album" of the same length (in three cases, this is in fact a remix album) – I settled on 16 tracks per album, except for the special cases Hunting of a Thousand Things, Dropped Frames, and Cognition. Sometimes, with enough non-album songs, I compile completely new albums. Have fluid seamless transitions between all tracks (my favourite part), andĮxtend the albums to all have an equal number of tracks (OCD-fuelled, as I’ve said).
